Shipping Rates

Orders valued at £16.00 and above qualify for Free Shipping.

Orders valued between £0.00 and £15.99 are subject to a shipping charge of £4.99.

Handling Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days.

Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK Time) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Item Not Received

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and provide an update as soon as possible.

Undelivered Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.

If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

Changes to Delivery Address

If you need to amend your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once processing has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
