Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 24hours of receipt of any issues via oceanmoss@gmail.com so we can ensure these are investigated and rectified.  

Due to the nature of the product (consumable food) It is prepared once order is placed . we do not accept returns /refunds . If item is delivered damaged /lost we as a company will send You out your order again . 
NO REFUNDS ACCEPTED
