- Toppings: sliced fruits, granola, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, nuts, and seeds

In a blender, combine the frozen banana, mixed berries, sea moss gel, spinach or kale leaves, almond milk, and chia seeds (if using).

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
