Sea Moss Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp sea moss gel
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for added fibre and omega-3 fatty acids)
  • Toppings: sliced fruits, granola, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, nuts, and seeds

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the frozen banana, mixed berries, sea moss gel, spinach or kale leaves, almond milk, and chia seeds (if using).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings, such as sliced fruits, granola, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, nuts, and seeds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your nutritious and delicious sea moss smoothie bowl!
