- 2 Green Apples
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 5 Cup Fresh Spinach
- Half cup Avocado
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
- 1 cup Spring Water
